The second man comes later andcollects the tickets, from which it w-ould seem that it ischeaper to have two men instead of one man with a bellpunch or register. The only exception to this rule is Mon-terey which is one of the most progressive cities in Mexicoand boasts the proud title of the Chicago of Mexico;
