Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The south end of Tenby South Beach This picture is taken more or less from the very southern limit of the beach. The concrete wall in the foreground looks, at first glance, like a piece of a disused harbour or wharf construction, but in fact houses an outlet pipe for a stream draining the land immediately behind the beach. Giltar Point has been adopted by the military for a firing range, and there are a number of concrete-and-brick bunkers and other paraphernalia all over the headland; the pipe may be something to do with that development.
