| Description |
English: The postman doesn't call here anymore. A Victorian box, now obviously no longer in use - see Richard Webb's photo from two years ago 340523. The plant on the wall is Ivy-leaved Toadflax [Cymbalaria muralis], which has the neat habit of its seed capsules growing away from the light [negative phototropism], so the seeds get deposited in cracks in the wall - just the right place for a good start next year. |
