Summary
[edit]DescriptionThe old Avoch to Fortrose Railway Line (geograph 2196203).jpg |
English: The old Avoch to Fortrose Railway Line. A good section of the railway line passes through Craig Wood, an area designated as an Ancient Semi-Natural Woodland. The path is maintained by a local retired gardener and Green Gym members organised by the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers in Munlochy. The wood is reported to be the home of red squirrels, pine martens, roe deer, pheasants and buzzards. |
