Description I was lucky to have a local guide in Azerbaijan, as this meant I could explore the narrow inner streets of Icheri Sheher, something I would probably not have done had I been alone. I'd have been lost anyway! While the cobble stoned streets of Icheri Sheher were fascinating enough, these stepped narrow inner streets were even more fascinating!.I'd be lost if I had ventured here alone. Up ahead is a hotel. (Baku, Azerbaijan, Sept. 2017)
