| Description | Another look at the monks walking by in a straight line, accepting alms from the faithful and hence giving the faithful a chance to make merit. The ritual is done in silence, the faithful do not speak, nor do the monks. The monks walk in meditation. I had spoken in the previous picture about traffic continuing as normal. Well, there is not much traffic at that point, not that LP is busy any time anyway. Here are two micro buses passing by. Apart from the odd motor scooter, much of the other traffic is vehicles carrying tourists from their hotels to watch the spectacle. These two cars are carrying tourists as well.
