Description
English: Maheshwar Fort on the banks of Narmada river in West Nimar district in Madhya Pradesh (now known as Khargone district), has got many such old structures in it. These tiny bricks are not made any more and historians are able to correctly guess the year of construction by looking at these bricks.
हिन्दी: मध्यप्रदेश के पश्चिमी निमाड़ (नया नाम खारगौन) जनपद में नर्मदा नदी के तट पर स्थित महेश्वर दुर्ग में ऐसे अनेक प्राचीन भवन हैं। इस भवन के निर्माण में प्रयुक्त ये छोटी-छोटी ईंटें अब उपलब्ध नहीं हैं और इतिहासकार इन ईंटों के आधार पर भवन की प्राचीनता का सहज ही अनुमान लगा लेते हैं।
