r Arc de Triomphe, Paris Copyright 1919, by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. ANNOUNCEMENT WE are resuming quantity produc-tion on Goodyear Passenger CarTires for private use. The shortage of these tires that existedduring the period of war was inevitable. Promptly upon Americas entry into thewar, Goodyear devoted great effort tothe production of gas masks, airplane,automobile and truck tires, balloons anddirigibles, urgently needed by our armyand navy. This, of course, necessitated a cut in ourpassenger car tire output, for generaldistribution. Later, there came the Government orderlimiting all tire makers to 50 per cent oftheir normal output. This restriction has since been lifted.So, as normal conditions are beingrestored, we are increasing our pro-duction steadily in an effort to meetthe greatly increased demand for Good-year Tires. However, to insure prompt delivery, wesuggest that you estimate your near-future requirements, placing j^our ordernow with your Goodyear Service Stat
