English: 勝己道the lane of katumiは2016年に作られた袋井市諸井の県道41号線に繋がる近道重要道路です。諸井自治会や袋井市は一切協力しなくて善意ある彼の自腹で作り上げたきわめて価値のある感動の道路近くに袋井市の道路が以前あったが隣地の人間が不法にも勝手にその道路上に建屋を建設したり、物置を設置したり、物を置いたりして道路を使えないようになっていたので諸井住民の久保田勝己氏が袋井市にその道路を使えるようにしてほしいと要請したが測量まではしてくれた、そしてその結果不法に妨害していた隣地の障害物は削除した、しかしながら工事をしないので公道ができない、だから善意の市民katumi kubotaが一人で作った道路です。} |
