Attributable to workers, professionals, civil servants, heads of engineering organizations, central staff members of the Ministry, the Federal Agency for merit and contribution to the development of engineering, the creation of competitive, high-tech products and the introduction of new technology and emerging technologies with the use of advanced scientific research in the field of nanotechnology, successful and effective scientific, rational and inventive activity, the development and implementation of activities aimed at improving the efficiency of production and quality of production, widespread dissemination of best practices and worked in the industry for at least 15 years. |
