dineleys journal, 16S0. 539 three miles ; from whence to the city of Limerick, towhich there are two ways, namely by the Oil Mills,1 andthe seat of the MacNamara (Cratloe Castle), beyond it,or over the high mountain, famous for. an admirable pros-pect, hanging as it were over Sixmilebridge town, andcommonly called by the name of Gallowshill ; this is theupper, the other the lower way to Limerick ; and fromtown to the city six miles either way,. whence the townhath its name.
