[edit]
Description
English: The hill leading to the Exchequer Next to the white cottage on the right, and close to Capel Horeb, are the remains of a building known locally as 'Y Seccar'. This is a corruption of the original name Exchequer. This is where in the Middle Ages the locals paid taxes to both the Crown and the Abbot of Ynys Enlli.
