English: The end of the hard A beacon marks the low water end of Freston Hard, also known as Slumpy Lane Hard. It is used by members of the Stoke Sailing Club, which is based at the wharf at the inland end of the hard. Trailer tyre marks can be seen on the weed-covered concrete. |
