If she has been married more than once or if she is a PREVIOUS HEALTH. PRESENT DISABILITY 7 widow, she will probably mention the fact, and also any correlated facts bearing onthe present disturbance. The securing of the patients address comes in very well here. Also other similaritems of information that it may, for business reasons, be advisable to note in somecases, for example, the husbands occupation and business address. Is the patient engaged in any work aside from her household duties? If so, whatis it and has it any bearing on the origin or continuation of the present trouble?Does she do any of her housework? If so, how much? Is it executed with facility,as when she was well, or is there pain and disability? Ascertain accurately thecharacter of the distress associated with the work.
