| Description |
English: The descent to an adit somewhere in SH5660 This adit is kept open, just about, thanks to the concrete blocks which hold back thousands of tons of loose waste. The adit is partially flooded and treading the sludge beneath the foul smelling water is like walking in a huge trough of stodgy porridge oats with each step adding a pound or two of clinging slutch to each foot. The schlep eventually ends at a blockage caused by a collapsed roof. Then, there is the trudge back to the opening, hoping that the concrete blocks are still holding.
