Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The day the River Tummel turned to chocolate After heavy local rain storms in Glen Garry a lot of muddy storm water came down into Loch Faskally. Normally the water all goes through the turbines and you seldom see it flowing over the dam. On this day a huge crane, the last bit of it is just showing, was hoisting out one of the gates used to let water through the turbines. Half the usual amount of water was therefore going through the turbines and the rest was going over the dam as you can see.
