English: The church of All Saints in Barrow. Arms: Sable, a fess chequy or and azure between three nag's heads erased argent (Heigham) (Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884, p.476 "Heigham of Hunstone Hall, Suffolk, 1577") impaling Gules, five annulets or two two and one (Skiponn) (sic) (Burke, 1884, p.931).
