Summary

[edit]
Description Steam Whistle Brewing is set inside the erstwhile John Street roundhouse, a locomotive shed with repair and servicing facilities. Here we find ourselves in the receiving area for hops etc. This is actually the beginning of the brewing process and it is set inside a locomotive repair shed. Imagine, two or more locomotives would have been standing in here undergoing servicing and maintenance not too long ago. More notes as we go along. (Toronto, Canada, Nov.2015)
