Description Hand made paper- step # 2: the clusters of tree bark are soaked in water and then the fibre shredded as seen here. The soaked tree bark looks like a cluster of cotton waste now. But no, that's not cotton waste, it's soaked tree bark alright. (Luang Prabang, Laos/ Lao PDR, April 2014)
