An Account of Fish and Ponds-The Method of Fly-Making-The Laws that concern Angling-The secret Manner of catching Fish by Ointments, Pastes and other Arts-Directions both how to procure Baits and for making Fishing-Tackle, with the surest way to find Sport. II. The various Modes of Rock and Sea Fishing, with an Account of the Cod and Whale Fisheries. - Likewise a Natural History of those extraordinary Productions of the Ocean: the Hermit, the Flying Fish, the Sea Devil, the Turtle, the Shark, the Whale, &c. &c. Illustrated with one hundred and thirty-five cuts the whole forming a sportsman's magazine Comprising all that in curious and valuable in the Art Of Angling.
