Being what he has collected himself, in fifty-eight years practice: Or, an Account of the several diseases incident to Mankind; Described in so plain a Manner, That any Person may know the Nature of his own Disease. Together with the several Remedies for each Distemper, faithfully set down. Designed for the Use of all Private Families. By Thomas Dover, M.B. The Eighth Edition. In this Edition are very considerable Additions; besides a great Number of Letters sent from several Parts of England, of the extraordinary Cures perform'd by Crude Mercury: With some Remarks on the Author of The Use and Abuse of Mercury. To which is added, An Essay on Midwifry; and the Moral Conversation of the College of Physicians, in Latin and English, by Way of Appendix; together with a Digression.
