English: The Ystwyth Trail near Allt-ddu farm A route for walkers and cyclists connecting Tregaron with Aberystwyth, the Ystwyth Trail for much of its length uses the trackbed of the old Manchester & Milford Railway. Here the trackbed starts to curve away from the Tregaron to Pontrhydfendigaid road to follow a route across the Cors Caron (Tregaron Bog). The bench seen on the right is one of many thoughtfully placed for tired walkers! |
