[edit]DescriptionThe West Arms Hotel, Llanarmon - geograph.org.uk - 354530.jpg |
English: The West Arms Hotel, Llanarmon With my wife and her mother, we had a really excellent meal here on Saturday 17th February 2007. My mum-in-law is nearly 90 and she told us over this lunch that her father used to visit this pub (from his home in the Staffordshire potteries) in the early war years (1940's) to obtain produce of a type not then easily available! (I think we're talking things like pheasants and hares). |
