English: The Valley Floor and Western Slopes of Mid-Cwm Pennant This view shows that this part of the valley floor consists of improved and unimproved grazing, with some considerable amount of rush covered bog land. The farm in the foreground is Brithdir-bach. The word 'brithdir' means mixed or chequered land, which exactly describes the land shown in the photograph. |
