Description

Page 3 features portrait of John Spargur, head of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.

Caption on illustration says, "Sketched in the new Sonora Phonograph Section—Fraser-Paterson Co." Fraser-Paterson Co. was a rather upmarket department store; at this time they would have been in the Caroline Kline Galland Building at 1215 Second Avenue (southwest corner of 2nd Ave. and University St); they moved in 1930 to the southwest corner of Second and Pike. The building made it to 2017.
