Description
English: The Tingley Roundabout. Sometimes known as The White Bear Roundabout after the pub which can be seen in the picture. Leaving the M62 at Junction 28 means negotiating this monster with its multiple lanes. It is well signed and the traffic flow is controlled by lights.
