The Toledo & Western Railway Company is experiencinggreat difficulty in handling all the freight that is now beingoffered by the grain elevators along its line. Large elevatorsat Matamora and Lyons are full of grain, and companies havebeen organized to build elevators at Pioneer, Fayette, Morenciand Adrian. The Toledo & Western has leased a number ofcars from steam roads, and will purchase additional freightrolling stock in the near future.
