VERTICAL MOTOR-GENERATOR SETS A short time ago the Lend-Gastein (Austria) branch of theNeuhausen Aluminum Industrie Gesellschaft was equippedcompletely with electrical apparatus furnished by the OerlikonCompany, of Oerlikon, near Zurich, Switzerland. The mostinteresting feature of this installation is the use of verticalmotor-generator sets, of which there are six in all.
