English: The Straight Mile Although otherwise sinuous, the B4453 runs in a dead straight line across flat countryside between the junction for Bourton on Dunsmore and the A45. This is known locally as the Straight Mile, and the name is used on OS maps. The Straight Mile is seen here from its south-western end. |
