Эмблема Всемирного почтового союза, представляющая собой рисунок Памятник Всемирному почтовому союзу (1909, скульптор Рене де Сен-Марсо) в Берне (Швейцария) перед зданием штаб-квартиры ВПС. Тексты на русском и на французском: «Всемирный почтовый союз» и « Union postale universelle ». Металлография на мелованной бумаге.
