Over her right arm, which isgracefully supported by a long malacca stick, isdraped a black silk mantle. The surface of thepolished floor is broken by reflections of the wall,of the furniture, and of the figure itself, and thenotes of red in the flowered gown are repeated ina vase on the table. Signed at the left, Boldini. Height, 12 inches; width, 9 inches.
