English: The Royal Hotel, Ross-on-Wye Arguably the second most prominent building in town after St. Mary's church. Late Georgian splendour has attracted Queen Victoria, Charles Dickens, and Agatha Christie, who is rumoured to have had the place in mind as the settings for some of her famous Whodunnits!
