English: The River Dee and The Groves The Groves are empty of tourists on a cold December morning, and they would get wet feet if they tried to walk on the lower footpath (note the railings around the bandstand) The heavy overnight rain and a high tide have caused the river water to back up at this point. The pleasure cruisers are moored in the centre of the river, and the Old Dee Bridge can be seen in the distance. |
