Description
English: People pray at the resting place of the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, in the Queens borough of New York on July 9, 2024. Over 50,000 people from around the world visited the resting place to mark the 30th anniversary of the passing of the Rebbe, the most influential rabbi in modern history and leader of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. The site, considered a place of sanctity with 400,000 visitors annually from all walks of life. The Rebbe’s impact continues to be felt today throughout the Jewish community and broader society.
