—The entire vesicovaginal septum, the vaginal portionof the cervix, and the anterior wall of the cervix to the internal oshad sloughed away, leaving no bladder tissue betw^een the inner ex-tremity of the urethra and a point corresponding to the plane of theinternal os uteri.
