English: The Plough and Harrow in Worcester Street, Wolverhampton Many of the other shop fronts and buildings on the east side of Worcester Street are in very run-down condition due to persistent and repeated delays to redevelopment in this part of the city. Not all these delays can be blamed on the recession of the last twelve months. |
