Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Perfect Picnic Spot. There's a chair-shaped rock to put a fleece on for a cushion; the black rock (a Scourie dyke metamorphosed to amphibolite) has absorbed the heat of the sun so it is warm to sit on; there's a notch where the rucksack sits securely upright and a smaller shelf above just the right size to put the camera; it's above neap high tide but below spring high tide so it gets regularly washed by the sea; it faces south-west, and is sheltered from the north-east breeze; there's no sand to get into food, clothes and unmentionable places; and this 821425 is the view. What more could one wish for?
