Summary

[edit]
Description
English: As seen in December 2020: the elegant, arched front entrance to The Palms Apartments on Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. Deeply recessed into the façade, the entrance is flanked by understated but lovely stone Doric pilasters, while the underside of the arch is decorated with relief carvings in a variety of motifs. Note also the elegant filigreed ironwork adorning the door itself.
