This year the defunct White Key was re-organized as a functioning body on thecampus. Jim Titcomb, 39, was elected arepresentative to this official welcominggroup of Bowdoin. Damon Scales is one of the sophomoreeditors of the Orient and several of his argu-mentative articles have been given promi-nence. Hal Carter, Sophomore King, is a memberof the student council disciplinary commit-tee noted for its regulatory effect on fresh-men. Elected captain of the varsity cross-country team by a unanimous vote this fallwas Bill Hawkins, 38. This honor cul-minated four years of work under famedcoach Jack Magee. Bill is at present W.
