ide which brings usback nearly to the place we started. A visit toIron Spi-ing Cieek, is well worth taking. Nearits mouth, on the noith side, is the SodaGeysers gi-oup. Fair camjjs are easily found in the LowerGeyser Basin. In the Upper Basin, a good camp for asmall party is in a grove near the Castle. An-other is found about a quarter of a milehigher up. The trail to the Shoshone Geyser Basin leadsup the Fire Hole River, and a short distanceabove the Upper Basin, we pass a fall 60 feethigh, that is worthy a visit from all who vouldsee the beauties as well as the wonders of theregion. It somewhat resembles the Middle Fallat Trenton, New York. Above the falls, thetrail crosses the river to avoid swampy ground,and keeps on the bounding ridge of hills on thewest.
