The roadhere crosses a low pass in the Wahsatch Rangeof Mountains. As you ascend the beautiful val-ley leading to this station, the grim peaks of theUintahs tower up in the distance on your left,while the adjoining hills shut out the higher ele-vations of the Wahsatch Range, on the north.Leaving Evanston, the road turns abruptly tothe left, and tlie town and valley are soon lost tosight.
