| Description |
English: The Original Caravan. This is the birthplace of the Findhorn Foundation, still carefully maintained and in regular use, albeit no longer as residential accommodation. This was where Peter and Eileen Caddy and Dorothy Maclean came to live in 1962, and, guided by a shared commitment to follow a spiritual path, created a garden among the sand dunes. Over the ensuing decades they attracted like-minded people, and the community has grown and developed in ways they could never have imagined. See https://www.findhorn.org/ |
