Summary
[edit]DescriptionThe Old Route of the South Downs Way - geograph.org.uk - 1154142.jpg |
English: The Old Route of the South Downs Way The original route which descended to the Newmarket Inn then crossed the busy A27. The new route via Housedean Farm road bridge opened in 1997. This has remained marked as a bridleway on the older 1:25,000 maps but seems to have been withdrawn from the more up to date 1:50,000. |
