English: The Old Rectory, Roos, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The Old Rectory on Rectory Road, Roos was built in 1892-3 in the Queen Anne style to designs by Temple Moore when the previous rectory was considered too grand and sold in 1892. This previous rectory near the church had been built in 1820, was renamed Roos Hall after being sold and was destroyed by fire in 1937 after which Elm Farm was built on the site. |
