Description
English: Scale 1:380,160; 6 miles to 1 in. Relief shown by hachures. Shows railroads. LC Civil War maps (2nd ed.) 17.5 Another copy is mounted as a scroll. 302 x 11 cm. (See G4042 .M5 1861 .S3 Vault Shelf.) Another copy is mounted as a scroll in a tube measuring 11 x 4 cm. The label on the tube reads "The Mississippi, Alton to the Gulf of Mexico as seen from the hurrican deck." (See G4042 .M5 1861 .S3 Vault Shelf Copy 2.)
