English: The Mill Avon, Tewkesbury. The Mill Avon viewed from King John's Bridge. The Mill Avon is one of two branches of the Avon which flow into the river Severn at Tewkesbury, however, the Mill Avon is not fully navigable. In the middle distance behind the trees is Healing's Mill. Compare this with the same scene in 1977, 465301 before the houses on the right were built. To view this section of river in flood see 310837. |
