WOODS PROLIFICBUSH LIMA MAULES NOVELTIES AND SPECIALTIES FOR 1905 Prosperity or Gradus An Extra Early Wrinkled Pea. This remarkable pea has produced a sensation luthe horticultural world, aud there is no longer anydoubt about its position and standing. It is nowrecognized as a leader. It is not only large and ofbest qualltj, but it is as early as the small, round,extra early sorts. It may be planted as soon asthe ground is lit to work in spring, along with thesmooth peas. It promises to take the place ofthe smooth peas in general culture to a greatextent. Prosperity or Gradus is a wrinkled pea,with vine growing 18 to 30 inches iiigh. It re-quires no sticks or brush, though sticks may beused, if preferred. The peas are freely borne, andremain in good order for a nuinber of days. Thepods are of a bright green color, and measure 4Indies or more in length, being as large as Tele-phone, aud equally well filled witli luscious peas—8 to 10 or more in a pod.
