English: The Lon Eifion Cycleway south of the Afon Rhyd bridge The iron railings of the bridge can be seen in the distance. This section of the old railway track, unlike that south of the Caernarfon-Pwllheli A499 road, was not widened to provide a lorry route for transporting aggregates from the Bryncir sand and gravel pits to the Dinorwig HEP station construction site. |
