Description The date above the dormer windows reads 1897. The bus East Lonon 34329, y329 FJN has come via the now closed Carpenters Road and past the former Carless Petroleum premises. The 276 now travels via , Fairfield Road and High Street to Stratford, after a short 1 year experiment via Wick Lane and the A12. A fine building and a great loss. A sign used to advertise bed and breakfast in this pub.[there s an additional sign bearing the words "Lea Hotel". My sort of place.
