Description
日本語: 休戦の翌朝、砲声が聞こえてこない。それでやっと休戦になったのだという実感がこみあげてきた。兵士たちも同じ様子で、かといって喜ぶというでもなく、何か手もちぶさたな感じのようだった。兵士の持つ、洗浄ぶたをしたままのライフルは、休戦のシンボルのようにもみえた。彼らには、これから撤退にともなう戦場掃除が待っていた。
English: The morning after the truce, I couldn't hear the voice of the guns. That made me realize that the truce was finally over. The soldiers looked the same, and they didn't seem to be happy, but they seemed to have something to do with their hands. The soldier's rifle with a wash lid looked like a symbol of a truce. They were waiting for the battlefield cleaning with the withdrawal.
